The Senior Director / Vice President of Manufacturing is a senior leadership role primarily responsible for overseeing, optimizing, and scaling all manufacturing-related functions . This role has a strong hands-on focus on manufacturing execution, production planning, sustaining engineering, and supply chain readiness within a regulated medical device environment.

SR. Product Development Engineer
The Sr. Product Development Engineer designs and develops Class I & II medical devices for eye surgeries, such as vitrectomy probes. These devices have features down to 2 micrometers that need to be precisely manufactured and assembled. As a team member of the R&D Department, close collaboration with the Manufacturing Engineering, Quality and Production Teams is part of the daily routine. Responsibilities include improvement projects as well as end-to-end product developments from concept to manufacturing. Critical thinking is essential at all stages of the development process.

Regulatory & Quality Specialist (Senior Level Considered)
We are seeking a Regulatory and Quality Specialist with experience collaborating with Quality, Sales/Marketing, and Research and Development teams to register and maintain medical devices where MID Labs products are marketed. The ideal candidate will have a strong regulatory knowledge throughout the product lifecycle, with aspects of effective management and regulatory strategies for product launches in global markets. This position supports the RA function by assisting with the coordination and preparation of global regulatory premarket and post-market submissions.
